Recipients and transfers
Information is intended for authorised CH BRIDGE personnel and providers strictly necessary for email or hosting. Before production, CH BRIDGE must document each provider, processing location, transfer safeguards and retention period.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent. Email contact@chbridge.net. Proportionate identity verification may be required.
Security
Sensitive documents must not be sent by ordinary email. Where qualification requires them, a separate secure channel should be agreed. Operational security controls and incident procedures must be approved before production.
