CH BRIDGE SARL

Investors & partners

A point of contact for reviewing cases, identifying counterparties and preparing transactions.

Build a clear business relationship.

Investors, businesses, suppliers, sponsors and institutions each have their own objectives and constraints. Our work starts by defining them.

What we bring

For an investor or a foreign partner, the obstacle is almost never capital: it is access to documented cases and verified counterparties. Our work is to be that point of entry, and then to stay involved once the parties are at the table.

  • Local origination: identifying projects and operators in Cameroon against criteria you set.
  • Prior verification: checking the parties, the documents and the rights relied on before any introduction.
  • Structuring: preparing the case to the standard expected, and assembling the appropriate vehicle where the transaction warrants it.
  • Market-entry follow-up: supporting local formalities and coordinating with the relevant advisers.

What we ask in return

A useful relationship depends on symmetry of information. The more explicit your criteria, the more relevant the cases we bring you, and the less of your time we waste.

  • Explicit criteria: sectors, transaction size, horizon and geography.
  • A counterpart authorised to hold the discussion.
  • A response, including a negative one, on the cases we present.
  • Respect for the confidentiality framework agreed with the project sponsors.

Controlled information sharing

General information allows an initial assessment of interest. Sharing a detailed case then depends on the parties’ authorisation, verification and the agreed confidentiality framework.

Any activity requiring approval, a licence, professional accreditation or prior authorisation is only carried out after the required authorisation has been obtained. CH BRIDGE SARL does not make any public offering of securities or solicit funds from the public.

Our limits

They are regulatory as much as methodological, and we state them before they arise.

  • CH BRIDGE SARL carries out no regulated collective management activity and makes no public offering of securities.
  • Any activity requiring approval, a licence, professional accreditation or prior authorisation is only carried out once that authorisation has been obtained.
  • No introduction guarantees financing, a return or a completed transaction. The decisions remain those of the parties.

How we are paid

Our fee is tied to completion of the transaction: our interest is the outcome. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables and terms are agreed in writing once the case has been qualified, before either side commits.
